As the founder/owner of Hitched & Poured I along with my son’s lead a trusted team of professional bartenders who focus on creating a welcoming, stress-free experience so our clients and their guest can relax, celebrate, and enjoy the moment together. I’m truly blessed to build a business with my two son’s-one that they genuinely love and take pride in.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, festivals, and my 2 goldendoodles. My favorite cocktail is a tie between a good Mimosa and Espresso Martini. My favorite drink to make is a layered B-52 Shot.

No, we do not supply the alcohol due to liquor laws that strictly prohibit the sale of alcohol. Hitched & Poured is a “dry-hire” mobile bartending service, which means we can provide everything except the alcohol. The event host is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. We provide professional bartending service, equipment, and advice on alcohol selection and quantities tailored to the needs of your guests and event. For added convenience, we also offer a package add-on where our team can pick up your pre-paid alcohol order from your selected retailer and bring it to your event location.
Yes! We have a fantastic mocktail selection and can help you create a personalized menu for your event.
No. The term “cash bar” indicates the sale of alcohol. Unfortunately, we do not have a liquor license and cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages. The “dry bar” is paid for by the host or client for the service—pouring and serving alcohol—and all alcohol must be purchased by the host prior to the event. Under no circumstances will our bartenders accept payment for the sale of alcohol.
No problem at all! A great alternative is using drink tickets. As the host, you can decide how many tickets each guest receives, and those tickets can be exchanged for drinks at the bar. It’s a simple and effective way to manage both your budget and your guests’ experience while still offering a curated selection of beverages.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your service. The bartender will have a tip jar available to accept tips for a job well done. If the host chooses not to have a tip jar at the event, or if it is not right for the setting, the host is responsible for providing the gratuity.
This rarely happens due to our proprietary custom calculator and personalized shopping list. However, in the event grandma decides to have a few more drinks than expected, the host is responsible for purchasing additional alcohol or kindly letting grandma know she will need to choose a different drink to enjoy.
Yes. We prioritize safety, responsible service, and the well-being of the event and its guests. We will not serve anyone under the age of 21—no exceptions. It is against the law. At times, our bartenders may be required to cut someone off, and this will occur if an individual is exhibiting disruptive or unruly behavior, harassing staff or other guests, is visibly intoxicated, or shows signs of overconsumption. Once a guest is cut off, they will no longer be served at the bar by our bartenders. We take this very seriously. Yes, this applies to grandma.
Yes, we are fully covered with liquor liability and general liability insurance. All bartenders are Title IV certified and hold valid food handler permits. We do not carry a liquor license, as we do not sell alcohol.
We are based in Phoenix, AZ, but we love to travel! Our packages include a 40-mile radius from Phoenix. After that, our fee is $2 per mile for each additional mile, up to 150 miles.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event and is non-refundable.
If you can think of it, we can do it. We don’t judge. We are perfect for weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, divorce parties, retirements, corporate events, trade shows, product launches, photo shoots, and more! The options are endless.
No, all our services include a professional service provider and/or bartender for every event. Our mobile bars are operated exclusively by our staff.
Absolutely! Our mobile bars are intentionally unbranded so that you can personalize them based on your event theme. Get creative—the possibilities are endless.
